Andrew studied professional photography at Leeds University, and after successfully passing this 3 year course with distinction, established his photography business. Whereas, most of today’s photographers seem to stumble into the profession Andrew’s university training, and now 25 years experience sets him apart from the rest of his competitors.
Since starting his business all those years ago Andrew has won many Regional and National awards through the Master Photographers Association of Great Britain for his stunning images. Recently Andrew has gained 11 awards in one competition - an extremely rare accolade.
He has a very relaxed yet professional approach to his wedding and portrait photography and this will put you at ease so that your photographic experience (some would say an adventure!) is an enjoyable one, whatever style of imagery you require.
Andrew’s attention to detail means you will receive quite simply the best images and service you can imagine. Although based in the heart of Yorkshire Andrew travels all over the country photographing various commissions from weddings to portraits to commercial work, and has on a regular basis taken him all over Europe and further to Maui in Hawaii.
September 2010 - Andrew Box in Local Master Photographer of the Year Finals
The Master Photographer Association has unveiled the shortlist in the 2010 Master Photography Awards and local professional photographer Andrew Box has been selected.
Andrew Box's photograph will join others from across the world that will adorn the new 'Wall of Fame' at the forthcoming Awards Dinner and presentation ceremony that takes place on Sunday 17th October at the Hilton Metropole close to the NEC in Birmingham. The overall 'Master Photographer of the Year' will be chosen from these short-listed entries.
The Master Photography Awards are the most prestigious awards for photography in the UK and feature the cream of today's photographic talent.
Run by the Master Photographers Association, the Awards are open to professional photographers from all over the world and gaining placement in the finals is a great honour.

Professional photographer Andrew Box gained 16 awards in the Yorkshire Master Photographers Association Regional Print competition. Andrew won the Fashion and Glamour Photographer of the year and also the Pictorial & Illustrative Photographer of the year. Andrew also gained top awards in the Avante Garde Portrait Photographer of the year and many other categories.
